The 2-6 pin 2.50mm pitch board-in connector, which supports 3.0A current, is designed as a one-piece type consisting of a housing and crimp terminals, so it can be directly soldered to the board, and users can save assembly time and cost by not having to purchase plugs and receptacles separately.
It operates over a wider temperature range (-40 to +125°C) than existing commercial products. The locking mechanism applied to the terminal and housing ensures secure terminal retention even in high-vibration environments, making it suitable for use in automotive equipment and various industrial markets.
Accommodating FLRY 0.22mm² and 0.35mm² wire sizes, this connector meets automotive specifications. It offers compatible PCB holes and patterns, allowing customers using existing board-in connectors to replace them without changing the board pattern.
It is a halogen-free product that complies with RoHS requirements, has a maximum voltage of 125V and a dielectric withstand voltage of 1000AC. The terminal resistance is 5 milliohms and the insulation resistance is 1000 megaohms.
The terminals are made of plated copper and phosphor, and the contacts are tin-plated. They are manufactured from UL94V-0 compliant nylon resin and are shipped in a polybag.
It can be widely applied in various fields, including industrial equipment such as automobile lighting, vehicle equipment, factory machinery, power tools, and security systems, as well as home appliances such as medical devices, air conditioning systems, and white goods.
