OnePredict (CEO Byung-dong Yoon, onepredict.ai), a startup that provides digital industrial asset management solutions based on industrial AI, is joining hands with Hitech & Sol, a company specializing in facility management systems, to maximize competitiveness in the market for facility prediction diagnosis using industrial AI.

OnePredict announced on the 13th that it signed an MOU with Hitech & Sol for a business partnership in AI-based industrial facility predictive maintenance.

Through this MOU, OnePredict will develop and supply industrial facility diagnostic and predictive maintenance algorithms, including GuardiOne PDX, to Hitec & Sol, and Hitec & Sol will develop and supply a solution linking the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance and Management System) industrial facility asset management solution and OnePredict GuardiOne PDX platform.

OnePredict Guardione PDX (guardione pdx) is a new digital industrial asset management platform for easy smart plant construction.

We use domain knowledge and MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) to collect high-quality data and provide insights for integrated management of processes and facilities.

By using this, the manufacturing process can be improved.It enables detailed data analysis and monitoring, and rapid diagnosis of equipment problems. This helps to maximize the efficiency of maintenance work and reduce losses that may occur due to unexpected production interruptions, thereby realizing quality management.

Predictive Maintenance (PdM) of industrial facilities refers to managing facilities by identifying the status of industrial facilities used in industrial sites and predicting abnormalities in advance.

OnePredict is expanding its business based on its guardione® solution family that diagnoses and predicts facility conditions based on industrial AI and IoT, and is leading the domestic predictive maintenance field.

Hi-Tech & Sol has its own solution, Hi-CMMS, which integrates SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) technology and predictive maintenance functions to increase energy efficiency in the existing CMMS system centered on production facility history management.
