NVIDIA, a leader in AI computing technology, is participating in the 'Stargate UAE', a large-scale AI infrastructure project being promoted in the UAE, and will play a pivotal role in leading the construction of AI infrastructure.

NVIDIA announced on the 26th that it will be participating in 'Stargate UAE' and supplying the Grace Blackwell GB300 system.

The project is being conducted in collaboration with G42, OpenAI, Oracle, SoftBank Group, and Cisco, and will be built within the 5-gigawatt (GW) ‘UAE-US AI Campus’ jointly developed by the UAE and the United States.

Stargate UAE is a 1GW AI computing cluster, built by G42 and operated by OpenAI and Oracle. Cisco will also provide zero-trust security and AI-enabled network connectivity, and SoftBank Group will also participate as a strategic partner.

This facility, which will accelerate AI innovation, will be equipped with ultra-high-performance infrastructure to respond to the growing global demand for AI. The first 200-megawatt (MW) AI cluster is expected to be operational in 2026 and is expected to drive innovation in various industries including healthcare, energy, finance, and transportation.

Stargate UAE is being promoted based on the 'US-UAE AI Acceleration Partnership' jointly announced by the US and UAE governments.

The partnership aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries to develop safe and responsible AI.

UAE companies also plan to increase their investment in digital infrastructure projects in the US, in line with the recently announced ‘America First Investment Policy’.

The 10-square-mile UAE-US AI Campus is expected to be the largest AI data center outside the US.

Nuclear power, solar power, and natural gas are used to operate the AI cluster, and eco-friendly technologies that minimize carbon emissions are applied.

A science park will also be created to foster innovation, talent, and develop sustainable computing infrastructure.
