CoorsTek Korea, the Korean branch of global advanced ceramics manufacturer CoorsTek, has been recognized for its employee-centered management performance.


Guerstec Korea announced on the 28th that it has received certification as a 'Great Place to Work' in 2025 from GPTW (Great Place to Work), a global corporate culture evaluation organization.

This is the third certification, following 2022 and 2024, and Coorstech Korea continues to be recognized for its excellent work environment based on trust and respect.

GPTW is a global organization that selects 'Great Companies to Work For' by evaluating key factors such as trustworthiness, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Coorstech Korea also achieved high scores in this year's evaluation, proving that its efforts to strengthen employee welfare and organizational culture have resulted in tangible results.

In particular, in the GPTW survey, many employees responded that “the company respects me” and “teamwork is strong,” reflecting a positive organizational atmosphere.

Coorstech Korea prioritizes employee welfare and organizational culture as core values, and has consistently operated in-house welfare programs, career growth support training, and family-friendly corporate events.
