Samsung Electronics Service will provide smartphone and home appliance repair services for customer convenience during the Chuseok holiday period.


Samsung Electronics Service plans to operate service centers and weekend care centers nationwide for a total of five days during the holiday period from October 3rd to 9th to respond to emergency repair needs.

From the first day of the holiday, National Foundation Day (the 3rd), to the substitute holiday, Hangeul Day (the 7th to the 9th), nine 'Weekend Care Centers' in Seoul, Bucheon, Seongnam, Yongin, Daejeon, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan will provide repair services for mobile phones, tablets, and wearable devices through prior reservation.

Reservations can be made through the Samsung Electronics Service website (www.samsungsvc.co.kr) or the contact center (1588-3366). Operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, the Samsung Gangnam Center offers extended hours from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

On Saturday, October 4th, all 169 service centers nationwide will be operating normally, providing smartphone and mobile device repair services. This will allow customers to have their products inspected and repaired at a nearby center for a total of five days during the holiday.

We also respond to emergency repair requests due to appliance malfunctions. For cases requiring immediate inspection, such as a malfunction in a refrigerator's freezer or refrigeration function, we provide on-site repairs through our "Emergency On-Site Service." This measure is designed to minimize inconvenience during the holiday season.

In preparation for the long holiday, Samsung Electronics Service has posted self-diagnosis methods, frequently asked questions, and self-solution guides for each product on its website, and its contact center is also operating on an emergency duty system.
