67% growth in just over a year after surpassing 300 billion won in April 2025, cumulative power generation revenue reaches 84.6 billion won.
H Energy's cooperative-based renewable energy investment platform, Mohaet, has surpassed 500 billion won in cumulative investment. This represents a 67% growth in about a year since surpassing 300 billion won in April 2025.

H Energy (CEO Ham Il-han) announced on the 23rd that it achieved this result approximately six years after the launch of its service in 2020.

Mohat operates in a manner where ordinary citizens participate as members by contributing capital and loans.

The collected funds are used to build rooftop solar power plants nationwide, and the profits from power generation are paid to members in the form of agreed-upon interest.

The company explained that the domestic energy market has been operated primarily by large corporations and financial capital, leaving individuals merely as energy consumers.

Mohat stated that it has applied an 'energy capital ownership and distribution structure' in which individuals directly own energy assets and receive a share of the profits.

Currently, Mohat owns 2,489 rooftop solar power plants with a capacity of 308 MW nationwide, including in the Gyeonggi, Gyeongsang, and Chungcheong regions.

The cumulative power generation is approximately 390,000 MWh, and the cumulative power generation revenue is 84.6 billion won.

Financial and operational information is disclosed monthly following an external audit.

According to last month's disclosure, there are 472 power plants (71.7 MW) under construction, equivalent to the area of 66 soccer fields.

The company stated that its growth is driven by its AI-based power plant asset management capabilities.

During the power plant development phase, the AI agent HELIOS handles site analysis, optimal design, power generation forecasting, and licensing in a one-stop manner based on satellite imagery.

The asset management platform SolarOnCare is deployed at the completed power plant to remotely diagnose and address failures, efficiency degradation, and output reduction in real time.

Mohat uses new idle roofs based on member loans We plan to expand our power plant portfolio by discovering new ones.

The plan is to achieve economies of scale by absorbing long-tail assets scattered across the country into the platform, and to address power generation forecasting error rates and imbalance penalty risks when the real-time bidding system is implemented in the future.

CEO Ham Il-han stated, “We are converting all members’ funds into power plant assets and concentrating our capabilities on increasing asset value using AI,” adding, “By eliminating the engineering aspects of the existing solar market, such as complex electrical design and licensing procedures, through a platform, we aim to expand an environment where ordinary citizens can own renewable energy assets with small amounts of capital.”

Meanwhile, H Energy, together with Mohat, operates the rooftop solar leasing platform SolarShare, the B2B RE100 electricity direct purchase platform SolarShare Baro, the solar power plant asset management service SolarOnCare, and the ESS asset management platform ESSOnCare. The company aims for an initial public offering (IPO) in 2027.
