인텔코리아가 1일 서울 삼성동 그랜드 인터콘티넨탈 파르나스에서 열린 ‘2025 인텔 AI 서밋 서울’을 개최했다. 이번 행사는 280여 개 기업 및 기관에서 약 900명의 업계 전문가가 참석해 최신 AI 기술 동향과 적용 사례를 공유하고, 산업 전반의 AI 발전 방향을 논의했다.
Expanding cooperation with domestic partners and the AI ecosystem
Intel Korea announced that it will further strengthen AI cooperation with Korean companies.
Intel held the '2025 Intel AI Summit Seoul' at the Grand InterContinental Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 1st.
This event was attended by approximately 900 industry experts from 280 companies and organizations, who shared the latest AI technology trends and application cases and discussed the direction of AI development across the industry.
The event began with a welcoming speech by Intel Korea President Bae Tae-won and a keynote speech by Intel Asia Pacific and Japan General Manager Hans Chuang.
“Intel’s technology, which provides both cost efficiency and flexibility based on an open programming model, is driving innovation across the AI industry,” said CEO Cho. “Korea is at the forefront of global innovation, and Intel will further strengthen its cooperation with Korean companies.”
Next, Intel AI CoE Global General Manager Lynn Comp presented on the topic of ‘Trusted Open Solutions for Enterprise AI’, and major partners such as Lenovo, SK Hynix, and Naver Cloud also revealed their respective AI technology strategies and collaboration cases.
In particular, Naver Cloud plans to expand joint development cooperation targeting the global cloud market based on Intel's Gaudi AI accelerator.garnered attention by announcing it.
In the afternoon session, application cases from various industries were introduced under the topics of ‘AI & Data Center’ and ‘AI PC & Edge AI.’
Samsung SDS presented Gaudi-based LLM inference performance, LG Innotek presented a smart factory utilization case, and the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Office of Education shared an educational innovation case using AI PC.
Intel plans to continue strengthening cooperation with the domestic AI ecosystem in the second half of the year.
We signed an MOU with POSCO DX to optimize AI services and build an agent ecosystem based on Xeon processors and OpenVINO technology, and announced the strengthening of cooperation with KT Cloud for the introduction of GPUaaS products and AI inference development.
