Enhanced performance, efficiency, and scalability, accelerating enterprise AI innovation
Dell AI Data Platform Enhancements Improve AI Data Management
Dell Technologies is driving innovation to accelerate compute and data processing with end-to-end enterprise AI solutions, helping to streamline operations and achieve faster outcomes at every stage of AI deployment.
On the 20th, Dell unveiled the upgraded infrastructure and services of the 'Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA' in collaboration with NVIDIA at 'Dell Technologies World 2025' (DTW 2025).
This update includes an enterprise AI solution with AI infrastructure optimization, operational simplicity, and scalability, supporting the entire process of AI deployment for enterprises.
Dell unveiled new server and network solutions that can maximize AI performance.
The air-cooled Dell PowerEdge XE9780 and XE9785, and liquid-cooled XE9780L and XE9785L servers simplify integration into existing data centers and support up to 192 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs.
br /> Additionally, the Dell IR7000 rack can accommodate up to 256 GPUs. These servers deliver four times faster large-scale language model (LLM) training speeds than previous models and are designed to handle enterprise AI workloads more efficiently.
Dell also announced the 'XE9712' server featuring the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72.
This product significantly improves AI training and inference performance and maximizes energy efficiency through improved 'Dell PowerCool' technology.
Additionally, the new ‘XE7745’ server is available with NVIDIA RTX Pro™ 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs and is optimized for robotics and multimodal AI applications.
Along with this, Dell announced the 'Dell PowerSwitch SN5600', 'SN2201', and 'NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand' switches based on NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet.
These network solutions deliver speeds of up to 800 gigabits per second and are optimized for large-scale AI data processing.
Data management solutions have also been strengthened to successfully implement AI.
The Dell AI Data Platform provides new capabilities to help AI applications continuously access high-quality data.
Dell ObjectScale saves data center space in large-scale AI environments and improves performance and scalability by leveraging NVIDIA BlueField-3 and Spectrum-4 networking technologies.
also, &'Dell Project Lightning' and 'Dell PowerScale' provide the optimal solution for distributed inference workloads and support 'S3 over RDMA' technology that boasts 230% higher throughput and 80% lower latency than the existing S3 storage method.
Dell has launched 'Managed Services for Dell AI Factory powered by NVIDIA' to help manage AI operations more effectively.
This service comprehensively manages the NVIDIA AI solution stack, including AI infrastructure and software, and provides 24/7 monitoring and IT support to help companies operate AI projects more stably.
“Making AI technology more accessible is a key goal for us,” said Michael Dell, CEO of Dell Technologies. “Through this collaboration, we will help businesses achieve optimal performance across the entire process, from AI training to deployment.”
“AI factories are the foundation of modern industry,” said Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA. “Working with Dell will provide optimal solutions to help companies seamlessly leverage AI across cloud, edge, and enterprise environments.”
Dell's AI infrastructure and solutions announced this time are scheduled to be released sequentially starting in the second half of 2025.
