Siemens announced on the 11th that it won the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) categories at the IDC 2024 SaaS CSAT Awards hosted by leading IT research and advisory firm IDC.
This award signifies that the next-generation solutions, including Teamcenter X and Designcenter X, core components of Siemens’ Xcelerator industry software portfolio, have received top global market ratings for customer satisfaction and service operations.
According to IDC's 2024 SaaS Path Survey, which evaluated more than 2,900 diverse companies and organizations worldwide, Siemens received the highest customer satisfaction score in the PLM and CAD Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) space.
Customers have expressed great satisfaction with the security, stable operation, rapid maintenance and continuous technological innovation provided by Siemens’ cloud SaaS service, which has established Siemens as a trusted partner among global manufacturers and engineering companies.
