Focusing on addressing the complexity of the multi-cloud era, simultaneously strengthening AI security and performance.

Cloudflare, a global connectivity cloud company, has entered into a strategic partnership with Oracle to accelerate AI workloads and application performance.

Cloudflare announced on the 14th a strategic integration with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), dramatically enhancing the performance and security of customer applications and AI workloads in hybrid and multicloud environments.

This collaboration will provide Cloudflare's security, performance, and resiliency capabilities as native integrations through the OCI console and APIs, enabling customers to operate workloads safely and quickly across diverse cloud environments through a unified platform.

According to Forrester Research, 73% of decision makers in enterprise networking and communications are adopting multicloud networking.

Multicloud offers flexibility and scalability, but it also carries significant complexity and manual setup burdens in terms of security and management.

Visibility, control, and protection of cloud environments are becoming increasingly essential, especially as the adoption of AI applications accelerates.

Cloudflare and Oracle's integration delivers optimized security and performance for AI-driven workloads.

Protect AI inference and applications with DDoS protection, web application firewall (WAF), bot response, and zero-trust controls, while achieving high performance with minimal latency globally.

Additionally, API protection features enhance rate limiting, threat intelligence, and data protection, and enhance the partner and vendor ecosystem. Responsible for overall security. Cloudflare's global network meets compliance requirements across the digital environment and secures corporate trust with its security-centric platform.

This integration enables secure connectivity and orchestration of traffic across hybrid and multicloud environments within a unified control environment. Enterprises can secure applications across cloud environments, accelerate innovation, and deliver optimized performance and security to end users.

“AI is driving innovation, but it’s also driving threats,” said Tom Evans, chief partner officer at Cloudflare. “The synergy between Cloudflare and Oracle bridges that gap with a foundation of security at scale.”

“This partnership helps organizations securely run cloud and AI workloads and enable continuous innovation and growth,” said David Hicks, vice president of Oracle’s North American ISV Ecosystem Group.
