Domestic Companies Launch AI Transition Strategies in Full Swing
Workday, an enterprise HR, finance, and AI platform company, is strengthening its push into the Korean market.
Workday announced on the 17th that it has appointed Mike Hur, a former global IT executive, as the new Country Manager of Workday Korea and plans to actively support the digital and artificial intelligence (AI) transformation of domestic companies.
Newly appointed Country Manager Heo Jeong-yeol will oversee the establishment of growth strategies for the Korean market and the expansion of the partner ecosystem, and will be responsible for disseminating Workday's AI-based solutions to the core business environments of major domestic companies.
In particular, we plan to strengthen cooperation with customers to ensure the stable introduction of AI technology across human resources (HR), finance, and overall operations.
General Manager Heo has accumulated extensive experience in the fields of cloud, data, and enterprise software while working for over 25 years at global technology companies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, and Salesforce.
He is regarded as a leader who has driven corporate performance and sustainable growth in a complex business environment.
