Agreement with Taiwanese industrial computing and rugged computing companies
AI semiconductor company Mobilint has set out to target the global industrial AI market by signing separate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Taiwanese industrial computing company ADLINK Technology (hereinafter ADLINK) and rugged computing company Getac Technology (hereinafter Getac). Through this agreement, Mobilint plans to integrate its AI NPU and full-stack SDK into both companies' platforms and jointly develop edge AI solutions applicable to various industrial fields such as manufacturing, logistics, smart cities, and defense.

Mobilint announced on the 29th that it has signed MOUs with ADLINK and Getac, respectively, and established a cooperation framework for the commercialization of AI semiconductor-based solutions and expansion into the global market.

Mobilint explained that the cooperation with both companies is the result of the relationship with the Taiwanese industrial ecosystem established at COMPUTEX 2026 leading to actual business cooperation.

ADLINK is a Taiwan-based edge computing and industrial computing solutions company that supplies industrial computing platforms to the manufacturing, automation, transportation, medical, and telecommunications sectors.

Getac is a rugged computing solutions company established as a joint venture between GE Aerospace of the United States and MiTAC of Taiwan, providing rugged laptops, tablets, and mobile computing solutions for high-reliability environments such as defense, public sector, manufacturing, and energy.

Through this agreement, Mobilint has established a foundation for cooperation to apply its AI semiconductor technology to ADLINK's industrial edge platform and Getac's rugged solutions, respectively.

Mobilint plans to conduct joint sales and marketing activities targeting global customers and cooperate in identifying new business opportunities.

The application fields include manufacturing, logistics, smart cities, the public sector, and national defense, and the plan is to gradually expand the scope of AI semiconductor utilization.

Kim Seong-mo, Head of Business Development at Mobilint, said, “In the industrial AI market, not only semiconductor performance but also integration with various systems and solutions is important.”“Through this collaboration, we will build an environment where customers can more easily adopt AI and continue to expand the scope of application for Mobilint AI semiconductors in global industrial sites,” he said.
