At a press conference held at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas in Samseong-dong, Seoul on the 29th, SanDisk Korea headquarters manager Shim Young-cheol announced that the SanDisk Creator Series, recently launched in Korea, was developed to support each stage of the creative process, from idea conception to final completion, for creators who wish to communicate with the world through content.

The reason it was released in May in Korea, unlike overseas at the beginning of the year, is that the SanDisk Creator Phone SSD, one of the seven series, was released in April, so it was delayed in order to complete the lineup.

We analyzed that the storage usage changes and becomes more sophisticated depending on the stage. We analyzed the work stages of these creators and released a suitable product.”r />
First up is the new SanDisk Creator Phone SSD, an SSD specifically designed for content creation on the go that easily attaches to MagSafe-compatible smartphones.

Supporting capacities of up to 2TB and read/write speeds of up to 1,000MB/s and 950MB/s, creators can record 4K 60fps Apple ProRes video directly to the drive and edit it right away.

It can be used on Android phones as well as iPhones, but the advantage of using an iPhone is that you can use all the functions.

To make editing easier, a one-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud is also provided.

The domestic recommended consumer price of the SanDisk Creator Phone SSD is 330,000 won for 1TB and 550,000 won for 2TB, depending on capacity, and the domestic recommended consumer price of the SanDisk Creator MicroSD card is 44,000 won for 128GB, 77,000 won for 256GB, 132,000 won for 512GB, and 253,000 won for 1TB, depending on capacity.

The domestic recommended consumer price of the SanDisk Creator SD UHS-II card is 121,000 won for 128GB, 231,000 won for 256GB, and 512GB, depending on the capacity. 440,000 won, 1TB 935,000 won.

SanDisk will open a pop-up store in Seongsu-dong, Seoul (1st floor, 47 Seongsu-il-ro, Seongdong-gu, Seoul) from May 29 to June 8 and exhibit all SanDisk Creator Series products. During the pop-up store operation period, visitors can experience Creator Series products directly and participate in various on-site events and promotions.
