Presenting directions for changes in corporate operations through experiential booths and lectures
Eleven Labs will participate in an AI exhibition held in Seoul in May to unveil real-world use cases of voice AI technology and present its applicability in corporate environments through an experience-based approach.

Eleven Labs announced on April 28 that it will participate in 'AI Expo Korea 2026,' which will be held at COEX in Seoul from May 6 to 8. The exhibition is organized around the changes that voice AI technology brings to corporate operations.

The exhibition booth is designed to allow visitors to experience the technology firsthand. Based on the company's voice AI agent platform, 'ElevenAgent,' it implements an environment where users and AI converse in real-time, enabling visitors to go beyond simple feature explanations and see how the technology is utilized in actual work situations.

Visitors will naturally interact with voice-based AI at the booth and experience various business scenarios, such as customer service and task automation. Through this, they can explore how voice interfaces can complement or replace existing text-centric systems.

During the event, Hong Sang-won, the head of the Korean branch, will also give a presentation. Under the theme of 'New Communication Methods in the AI Era,' we plan to explain the significance of voice as an interface between humans and machines and directions for its utilization in corporate environments.

In addition, demonstrations of key technologies will be conducted on-site, including text-to-speech conversion, voice replication capabilities, and voice agents capable of multi-round conversations. This will allow for a concrete verification of how voice AI is implemented in actual service environments.

Eleven Labs plans to use this exhibition to expand its engagement with domestic companies and demonstrate the potential for utilizing voice-based technology across various industries. The exhibition booth will be located in Zone D11 within Hall A of COEX, where visitors can experience demos and receive consultations.
