The cover glass of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and Apple iPhone 7 is Corning Glass 5, which is twice as strong as previous products.

It is almost unbreakable when dropped from a height of less than 1 meter, and it is estimated that there is up to an 80% chance it will not break even when dropped from shoulder height of 1.6 meters. However, Corning Glass 5 is not 100% perfect against scratches and breakage.

Manufactured with the world's first quality real glass thickness of 0.33T and a surface hardness of 10H, it safely protects the smartphone screen from strong external impacts with shock and scratch resistance features.

In addition, it boasts world-class clarity and transmittance with a transmittance of 98%, and is coated with a shatterproof film so that if it is damaged by a very large impact, it shatters into non-sharp pieces, minimizing damage caused by breakage.
