Air Liquide to invest $50 million in high-purity specialty gases in Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province.

Chungcheongnam-do, Cheonan City, and Air Liquide signed an investment memorandum of understanding at the Air Liquide Innovation Center in Paris, France on the 25th.

According to the MOU, Air Liquide Maritime, a subsidiary of Air Liquide, will build a high-purity specialty gas production plant on a 30,000㎡ site in the Cheonan 5 Industrial Complex Foreign Investment Zone, and Air Liquide Solutions Korea will expand and build a semiconductor specialty gas and material manufacturing plant and storage facility on a 50,000㎡ site within the Cheonan 5 Industrial Complex Foreign Investment Zone expansion site.

For this purpose, Air Liquide plans to invest a total of 50 million dollars.
