The DM 8700 Series can instantly read DPM (Direct Part Mark) and label-based codes, even if critical code elements are missing or damaged. Designed with waterproof plastic, it can withstand oily, dusty, and moisture-laden manufacturing environments.
The built-in OLED display allows for easy setup via configurable function buttons. Additionally, you can check wireless signal strength and battery life indicators, and perform tasks like reading code data, providing quick and intuitive feedback without a PC connection. Support for a wide range of industrial protocols and wireless communication options allows for connectivity with computers, tablets, and mobile devices in any facility.
In particular, the 'DM 8700DX' is equipped with the latest patented decoding algorithm, HDR technology, high-speed liquid lens, and multi-core processor, allowing it to read codes in less than 150 milliseconds (ms). Three types of integrated lighting – diffused, polarized and direct – enable high-quality images even on hard-to-read areas such as shiny or round surfaces, dark backgrounds and engraved, laser-marked and label-printed codes.
