Electronic documents sent via certified text messages are guaranteed the legal effect of the ‘fact of distribution’ that has been notified, just like offline registration.
Customers can conveniently and quickly check electronic notifications through text messaging apps, and must verify the contents of documents only through identity verification. It is safe from personal information leaks, loss or damage to mail.
Recipients do not need to install a separate app on their smartphones, so it boasts the best coverage and reach in the country. In addition, the three telecommunications companies expect to contribute to environmental protection by reducing the amount of paper mail through the certified notification text message service, and increase ESG value by reducing social costs.
The certified text message service was established based on the certified electronic document intermediary system acquired by the three mobile carriers.
The three telecommunication companies jointly operate a call distribution system to provide certified electronic documents safely and quickly.
In the future, the three telecommunication companies will introduce a ‘Certified Notification Text Electronic Document Box’ within their basic mailbox so that customers can easily check and view certified electronic documents, and each company will operate a certified notification text homepage.
