Signed a contract to deploy the first CT cabin baggage screening system, the 'HI-SCAN 6040 CTiX'

Jeju International Airport becomes the first airport to install the HI-SCAN 6040 CTiX [ https://www.smithsdetection.com/products/hi-scan-6040-ctix/ ]. This device, launched by Smiths Detection in November last year, is a state-of-the-art cabin baggage screening system based on computed tomography (CT).
Airport security checkpoints are crucial for all travelers, yet they are known to elicit the most negative reactions during the passenger journey.[1] Consequently, airports worldwide have been striving to provide passengers with a faster and more comfortable experience at security checkpoints.
