버티브(Vertiv)의 신임 CEO로 지오다오 알베르타치(Giordano Albertazzi)가 2023년 1월1일 취임했다.
Starting January 1st, CEO will officially perform his duties.

Vertiv, a specialist in core digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, appoints a new CEO and focuses on operational excellence, profitable growth, high-performance culture and innovation.
Vertiv announced that Giordano Albertazzi has been appointed CEO and a member of the Vertiv Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2023.
“I am honored to be taking on the role of CEO of Vertiv,” said Albertacci. “I look forward to working closely with the leadership team and employees around the world to continue to enhance value creation for our customers, further strengthen our financial performance and create long-term value for our shareholders.”
He also said, “As I have shared with Vertiv’s executive team, going forward, Vertiv will focus on building a high-performance culture of collaboration and innovation, institutionalizing operational excellence and execution, and ultimately delivering profitable growth and improved liquidity, enabling us to achieve our full potential.”
“With more than 20 years of operational and business experience at Vertiv and a proven track record in both Europe and the Americas, Giordano is the right person to lead Vertiv’s evolution,” said Dave Cote, executive chairman of Vertiv. He has led our EMEA operations, driving significant operational and financial improvements and contributing significantly to our continued growth in the Americas. He understands how to build and sustain a high-performance culture. Giordano’s operational excellence and deep understanding of Vertiv’s business and customers will be instrumental in helping Vertiv continue to drive business performance as we navigate macroeconomic uncertainty.”
As CEO, Albertazzi will aim to ensure Vertiv remains focused on its customer-centric business, addressing the infrastructure and business needs of data centers, communications networks and industrial applications.
Albertacci takes on the CEO role at a time of strong demand across Vertiv’s data center end markets.
Vertiv reported a record order backlog of $4.7 billion as of the end of the third quarter of 2022. Vertiv is a leading provider of climate control, power, IT management, and integrated solutions for global data center operators to meet the ever-increasing demands of their customers.
After Vertiv announced its CEO succession plan in October 2022, Albertazzi took on the role of COO and worked closely with outgoing CEO Rob Johnson to ensure a smooth transition.
Following his appointment as CEO, Albertaci will continue to serve as President of Vertiv Americas until a successor is selected. The COO function, which Albertaci will no longer be performing upon his appointment as CEO, will be transferred to regional leaders to focus on driving business performance in each region.
