OnePredict (CEO Byung-dong Yoon), a startup that provides industrial AI-based facility prediction and diagnosis solutions, is expanding its sales channels and solution composition to grow into a globally competitive unicorn company.
OnePredict announced on the 20th that it will expand sales channels for its 'Guardione' product line, a digital predictive maintenance solution, through the 'Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition (SFAW)', the largest domestic event to be held from the 27th.
GuardiOne is a product group of predictive maintenance solutions that continuously diagnose and manage the health of facilities by analyzing industrial facility data using solutions that apply the industrial AI developed by OnePredict. It consists of ‘GuardiOne Motor,’ a comprehensive management solution that comprehensively diagnoses motor defects by analyzing its own algorithm based on current data, ‘GuardiOne Substation,’ a transformer failure prediction and diagnosis solution that increases accuracy by analyzing hundreds of thousands of big data, and ‘GuardiOne Turbo,’ a deep learning-based turbo facility diagnosis and analysis solution that simultaneously utilizes vibration and operating factor data.
GuardiOne can drastically reduce operation and maintenance management costs by minimizing downtime due to unexpected equipment failures. In particular, the Guardione Motor is leading the current-based motor diagnostic solution market with features such as a monitoring dashboard for over 1,000 motors and an operating cost reduction effect of over 50%. The Guardione Substation utilizes 140,000 big data, the largest amount in Korea, to provide 98% diagnostic accuracy and 87% prediction accuracy. The Guardione Turbo, which was designated as an excellent research and development innovation product by the Ministry of Science and ICT and recognized for its technological innovation, helps reduce consumption costs (approximately KRW 600 million per turbo) due to unexpected breakdowns upon introduction.
Currently, OnePredict is targeting domestic and international predictive maintenance markets such as energy, factories, power generation, petrochemicals, and manufacturing, with the advantage of being easy to use in various industrial sites with competitiveness that surpasses existing predictive maintenance technology. As part of this, OnePredict is participating in the 'Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition (SFAW)', the largest event among domestic startups, to expand its brand awareness and secure new customers.
Onepredict, which has been participating in SFAW events for the past three years and discovering various markets and customers, will present customized versions of the GuardiOne motor, substation, and turbo, and will also unveil the next-generation digital industrial asset management platform, ‘GuardiOne PDX’, which it has been devoting its heart and soul to technology development. Beyond predictive maintenance, GuardiOne PDX is an automated process total monitoring, control, and management solution that supports the optimization of the production process. This solution manages the entire production process along with predictive maintenance, and is expected to bring new innovation to the manufacturing industry by leveraging and developing data from hundreds of use cases.
OnePredict's industrial AI-based predictive maintenance solution, 'GuardiOne', received NET (New Excellent Technology) certification in 2021 and was designated as an excellent research and development innovation product by the Ministry of Science and ICT in 2022, proving its technological excellence.
In addition, we are diversifying our business to overseas markets as well as domestic markets with customized business methods for various industries such as energy, petrochemicals, utilities, and manufacturing. We have already laid the foundation for global expansion through the branch office established in Texas, USA, and are currently actively discussing the establishment of distribution networks with leading local companies in the USA. Through this, OnePredict plans to expand its support for various customers and industries in the global power equipment market with its facility prediction diagnosis technology based on industrial AI and IoT technology.
Wonpredict CEO Yoon Byung-dong said, “With the goal of becoming a global unicorn company in the predictive maintenance solution field, we are accelerating the expansion of the industrial sales channels and global advancement of each GuardiOne solution. To this end, we will launch next-generation solutions that optimize the production process and enhance the domestic market dominance of existing GuardiOne solutions to further expand customer experience,” and announced that they will dedicate themselves to developing technologies that contribute to customer quality management.
