P350 model, 45kW battery∙Driving range 278km
DPICO is expanding its portfolio in earnest by announcing the launch of a compact electric truck with a loading capacity of 350 kg, which is 100 kg more than the existing ultra-compact electric truck.
DPICO participated in the 2022 Busan International Motor Show and exhibited its new small electric truck, the Portro 350 (P350).
Compared to the existing ultra-compact electric truck P250, which had a loading capacity of 250 kg, the P350, which has a loading capacity increased by 100 kg, is classified as a small truck and can be modified with a refrigerated tower, wing body, etc., so it can be utilized in various ways.
Additionally, the battery capacity of the P350 has increased from 15kW to 45kW, giving it a maximum driving range of 278km, 178km longer than the P250.
The maximum motor output has also been noticeably improved. The P250's output is 15kW, while the P350's is 41.8kW.
“The P350 is capable of long-distance transportation and fresh food delivery,” said Lee Hyun-soo, head of DPICO headquarters. “It can better satisfy customer needs.”
The P350, which was displayed at the Busan International Motor Show, is expected to go on sale when electric vehicle subsidies open in 2023.
Dipico is a brand with domestic production facilities and is the only domestic company to have achieved a domestic production rate of over 85%, with sales last year reaching 491 units.
The P250 model was supplied to 114 post offices last year and in January of this year, and the P350 has a contract with Lotte Super, so it seems that DPICO's electric trucks will be available in various places.
