More than 10 types of automotive semiconductors released, market share expansion in full swing
NOVOSENSE, an analog and mixed-signal chip design company, has announced that it will aggressively target the market by launching more than 10 automotive semiconductors in the first half of 2022.
NovoSense announced on the 12th that it has launched more than 10 new products in the first half of 2022.
These products are used in a variety of fields including automobiles, industry, information and communication, and consumer electronics.
It satisfies the AECQ-100 requirements, especially in the demanding automotive field, and has a certain market share.
Looking at some of the chips announced in the first half of the year, the NOVOSENSE NSM2015/NSM2016 Hall effect current sensor chips are used to sense AC or DC current in automotive OBCs, DC/DC, PTC heaters, charging guns, PDUs and other systems.
It has very low primary current resistance and is a 100% integrated, highly insulated sensor that enables accurate measurements without external insulating elements.
The NOVOSENSE NSM301x series Hall effect angle sensor chips are non-contact rotary angle sensors.
This sensor can be used to detect car throttle, body height, steering wheel angle, throttle pedal and valve switch. It can detect a 360-degree angle and provides accurate measurement angles in an ambient temperature range of -40 to 125 degrees.
NOVOSENSE NSI1312x series isolated voltage sampling chips can be used to sense AC and DC bus voltages in automotive systems.
This product supports positive and negative voltage inputs, high impedance inputs, and differential or planar analog outputs.
It provides high precision and low temperature drift with insulation voltage up to 5,000 Vrms and CMTI up to 150 KV/us.
The NOVOSENSE NSR31/33/35 series LDO chips are designed for automotive battery power system applications over a wide input voltage range of 3 to 40 V and support transient voltages up to 45 V.
With ultra-low standby current consumption of 5uA and low differential voltage, it is ideal for automotive applications with high standby power consumption requirements. It can support MCUs and CAN/LIN transceivers in standby systems to save power and extend battery life.
NOVOSENSE NSE11409 series 40V/single channel 90mΩ intelligent low-side switch is designed to drive high reliability load applications.
These products are widely used in driving load elements such as automotive relays, actuators, lighting and heating resistors, and provide complete diagnostic and protection functions with an integrated VDD clamp of 45 V or higher.
A NovoSense official said, “Based on the corporate values of ‘Trust and Faith’ and the mission of ‘Sensing and Moving the Future and Creating a World Connected by Semiconductors,’ we are dedicated to providing chip-level solutions that connect the digital and real worlds.”
