unit price and logistics requirements

Mouser Electronics is stocking MOSFETs from Infineon Technologies (Infineon) for designers looking for MOSFETs that provide flexibility and value for a variety of applications.

Mouser Electronics announced on the 28th that it is now stocking Infineon's general-purpose MOSFET products.

Infineon's broad portfolio of high-voltage and low-voltage MOSFETs meets project, cost and logistics requirements.

Infineon's general-purpose MOSFETs, available from Mouser Electronics, are available in low-voltage options for designs up to 250 V or high-voltage options for designs from 500 to 900 V.

For low-voltage MOSFETs, this includes a wide range of single and dual N-channel and P-channel devices with drain-source breakdown voltages ranging from 20 to 600 V.

The device has a drain-source resistance of 1.1 mΩ to 30 Ω and a continuous drain current range of 100 mA to 260 A.

Operation of this low voltage MOSFET product The temperature range is -55°C to +175°C and is AEC-Q101 qualified.

For high-voltage MOSFET products, they feature drain-source breakdown voltages in the range of 500 to 900 V, drain-source resistances from 77 mΩ to 4.68 Ω, and continuous drain currents from 1 to 54.9 A.

The device can operate at temperatures down to -40°C and has a power dissipation range of 5 to 500 W.

Infineon's general-purpose MOSFETs, available at Mouser, are offered in a variety of package options including SOT-23, PQFN, SuperSO8, TO-252 (DPAK), SOT-223, and TO-220.

All devices are also supported by Infineon's online design tools, simulation models and comprehensive product support documentation.

Optimized for a wide range of power conversion and management applications, these general-purpose MOSFETs can be integrated into designs requiring reverse battery protection, switching power between alternate sources, or power-off of unnecessary loads.

The products can be used in applications such as switch mode power supplies, chargers and adapters, lighting, TV power supplies, servers/telecommunications equipment, battery-operated applications, motor control and drives, and battery management systems.
