'NICE CXone' platform supplied to domestic market
ECS Telecom (CEO Haenam Hyun), a leading contact center company, is collaborating with NICE to begin providing AI-based ‘CCaaS’.
ECS Telecom announced on the 7th that it has formed a strategic partnership with NICE and will supply the 'NICE CXone' platform to the domestic market.
With this partnership, ECS Telecom will offer its CXone portfolio of digital and agent-assisted CX solutions domestically.

Through NICE CXone, an industry-leading CCaaS (cloud contact center) solution, domestic customers can flexibly provide excellent and seamless digital self-service as well as agent-assisted customer service through the world's best cloud-based customer experience platform.
NICE CXone has been selected as a top leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for nine consecutive years, and was also recognized as the only 'Customer's Choice' among CCaaS companies in Gartner Peer Insight this year.
It was also named a Leader in the 2023 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Cloud Contact Center Report.

A number of speakers, including ECS Telecom CEO Hyun Hae-nam and NICE International CEO Darren Rushworth, will share insights on the CXone platform and the CCaaS industry.
