| Scalable up to 79.6PB with increased integration
| ClarityNow, providing data visibility in the cloud New workloads such as data analytics, EDA (Electronic design automation), and AI are becoming widespread, which is leading to explosive growth in unstructured data. Therefore, how to utilize and manage data capital is attracting attention as a core competency of digital transformation.
Accordingly, on the 21st, Dell EMC announced the 'Dell EMC Isilon F810', a scale-out NAS platform with enhanced performance and efficiency to effectively respond to unstructured data workloads.

Dell EMC Isilon F810 The Isilon F810 in a 4U chassis size provides up to 250,000 IOPS (Input/Output Operations Per Second) and 15 GB/s of bandwidth.
It can linearly scale performance and capacity in a scale-out manner, delivering up to 9 million IOPS and 540 GB/s throughput per single cluster of 144 nodes.
With up to 3:1 inline data compression, the Isilon F810 delivers up to 2.2PB of effective storage capacity per 4U as density increases, scaling up to 79.6PB (petabytes) in a 144-node cluster. Improved integration reduces the floor space of data centers and can reduce costs such as power and cooling costs.
The Isilon F810 can be easily integrated into existing Isilon clusters without service interruption or manual data migration, and provides flexibility to accommodate future data growth.
It can also be operated as a single cluster with other Isilon models, including all-flash, hybrid, and archive platforms, through the 'Isilon OneFS' operating system.
Isilon OneFS's comprehensive multi-protocol support makes it easy to consolidate data and simplify operations on a single storage platform, eliminate silos between data or storage systems, and support a wide range of applications and workloads.
Automated storage tiering across public and private clouds optimizes storage resources and reduces storage costs for long-term storage data.
The 'ClarityNow' software presented together is a solution for efficiently managing file-based data. By supporting Isilon and object storage 'ECS', it provides visibility to see data scattered across heterogeneous distributed storage and clouds at a glance.
IT departments can gain insight into file data usage and storage capacity through 'ClarityNow', and general users in business departments can use self-service functions to find and utilize data regardless of where the files are located, as well as easily move them to other locations.
ClarityNow enables you to index and gain unprecedented visibility across billions of files and folders, freeing data previously locked in physical storage silos to unlock the value of your data capital.
