SailPoint expands its security cloud product line and enhances customer support services.

SailPoint, a leader in enterprise identity security, today announced two products specifically designed to expand customers’ choices in building identity security programs and to successfully build identity security environments.

Sailpoint is adding a new Standard Suite to its Sailpoint Identity Security Cloud product line, offering customers three options: Standard, Business, and Business Plus. The newly added Standard Suite is designed to meet the needs of organizations just getting started with identity security. Key features enable organizations to centrally manage access for various identity types within the organization in an efficient and scalable manner.

SailPoint Identity Cloud is built on Atlas, SailPoint’s unified, multi-tenant SaaS platform, and includes common services delivered across all product lines.

The solution is designed to meet the needs of every stage of an enterprise’s identity security journey, with the ability to add more advanced features as the enterprise’s identity environment grows and becomes more complex. With four core modules including access modeling, lifecycle management, compliance management, and analytics, it provides the essential elements for a scalable identity security program.

The Standard Suite provides a package of services that enable centralized security, process optimization, and improved compliance visibility for enterprises just getting started with identity security, along with tools to deliver a rapid return on investment.

The Business Suite dynamically sets the appropriate level of access by automating tasks and supporting real-time decision making, providing the tools and insights needed to meet compliance requirements and reduce risky access.

Business Plus Suite is the most comprehensive solution that provides extended access protection across all applications, data and cloud resources, integrating key capabilities with insights and automation into critical resource access so organizations can discover, protect and manage identities across their entire hybrid infrastructure.

Sailpoint also launched a new customer support service package that matches the maturity of the identity security program. This customer support program is based on the know-how of building thousands of successful identity security programs, and can help customers further strengthen their identity security strategy through expert-led advice and guidance.

The package consists of three tiers that provide: △ training at various levels △ configuration setup support △ solution introduction workshops △ ongoing program management and training. The Silver package is suitable for customers who need basic use cases or ongoing management of their identity program, and the Gold package is ideal for implementing a comprehensive identity security program or specialized use cases. The Platinum Package is intended for complex use cases or robust identity programs with broader objectives.
