뉴랜드코리아(대표 성태호)는 무선 산업용 핸드 바코드 스캐너 ‘NVH220B’를 한국에 공급하며, 업무 생산성을 대폭 향상시킨다.
Data transmission possible from 150m away, efficient tracking of products over a wide area
Newland Korea has unveiled a new industrial hand barcode scanner that can efficiently scan and track products even in a wireless environment. This product is expected to significantly improve work productivity as it enables efficient tracking of various products distributed over a wide area, especially since it can scan from up to 150m away from the stand.
Newland Korea (CEO Sung Tae-ho), the Korean branch of Newland AIDC, a global leader in scan engines, scanners, and mobile computers, announced on the 26th that it will supply the 'NVH220B', a wireless version of the 'NVH220', a cutting-edge industrial hand barcode scanner that was introduced last year and received rave reviews from industry experts in major industries, to Korea.
The 'NVH220B' introduced this time is a product that integrates Newland's technology designed for complex barcode scanning in manufacturing environments. In particular, since it operates wirelessly, it always ensures mobility and enables efficient tracking of products in wide areas.
Thanks to the wireless function adopted this time, the 'NVH220B' helps to effectively track inventory and shipments in dynamic delivery areas such as loading goods at a dock, and also facilitates 'maintenance tracking' that allows on-site inspection of equipment throughout the plant.
It also provides flexibility in inventory management, whether within the warehouse or on the production line.
In addition, 'NVH220B' can bring about a dramatic improvement in quality control by facilitating movement between various inspection labs without restrictions on code length.
The newly released 'NVH220B' is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, allowing it to scan barcodes up to 150m away from the stand, and has the advantages of fast data speeds via Bluetooth, better battery efficiency, and easy pairing.
Also precise positioning and Equipped with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) processing capabilities capable of accurate decoding and Newland's latest industrial decoding algorithm, it has powerful barcode decoding capabilities, including DPM (Direct Part Marking) barcodes such as radium-engraved barcodes and dotting barcodes.
In addition, through auto-learning, the scanner immediately analyzes barcode and material conditions and intelligently adjusts settings to optimize scanning performance, enabling efficient work processing.
Seong Tae-ho, CEO of Newland Korea, said, “The ‘NVH220B’ introduced this time is a product that supports wireless functions and can support desired tasks in any industrial environment.”
