Electric vehicle charging stations introduced at 40 stores nationwide in January, customer response

Samsung Store announced that it will further expand the installation of electric vehicle chargers to enhance customer convenience.
Samsung Store announced on the 31st that it installed 100kW rapid chargers in 40 major Samsung Stores nationwide in January in line with the growing trend of the eco-friendly electric vehicle market.
Samsung Store electric vehicle charging stations have been well-received by customers, and will be installing electric vehicle chargers in Samsung Stores in Buk Ulsan, Dong Daejeon, and Changwon starting in June, with plans to introduce them to five more stores by the end of this year.
Samsung Store plans to install additional chargers in stores that are not required by law to provide convenience to more customers.
The rapid chargers installed in Samsung Stores have added convenience by applying the 'auto charging solution' that allows user authentication and payment as soon as the charger is connected to the vehicle.
Additionally, you can receive up to 50% discount when you sign up for 'Lucky Pass', an electric vehicle charging subscription membership service provided by SK Electric Link.
After the installation of the electric vehicle charger at the Samsung Store, customers using electric vehicles visiting the store said, “It is efficient because you can charge your vehicle while staying in the store,” and “The charging speed is fast, so you can receive consultation.”“I am satisfied that I can charge it while I shop, and the method is also convenient,” she said, showing a positive response.
Meanwhile, Samsung Store continues its efforts for a sustainable future in addition to introducing electric vehicle charging stations. In June, if you purchase two or more items at the same time from Samsung Store, including a refrigerator, TV, dryer, or washing machine, you will be provided with an energy meter for managing your home’s electric energy.
'Energy Meter' is an electronic power meter that can be installed on a home distribution panel and registered with the 'SmartThings' app to check power usage in real time, helping reduce energy waste.
