Partners Day 2023, Expecting to Achieve Joint Growth with Partners
SK Materials Airplus (CEO Jong-jin Oh) is expected to achieve mutual growth with its partners by selecting 11 excellent partners through an advanced evaluation system including objective indicators and ESG performance evaluation, and providing various educational programs and incentives.
SK Materials Airplus held the '2023 Partner's Day' with 11 excellent partners at the Gloucester Hotel in Cheongju on the 9th.
Partners Day has been held since 2021 to share the company's purchasing performance, policies, and future vision, and to reward excellent partners who have worked hard for mutual growth even in difficult internal and external management environments.
SK Materials Airplus selected a total of 11 excellent partners based on an advanced evaluation system that evaluates objective indicators from public institutions such as credit rating agencies and construction associations as well as ESG performance.
The five companies selected as the best companies are A&P Co., Ltd., Woojoo Construction Co., Ltd., Dabu Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd., Kyungdong E&S Co., Ltd., and Minseong Co., Ltd., and the six companies selected as excellent companies are Yonhap Development Co., Ltd., Hyunjin Fire Engineering Co., Ltd., Ilshin Gastec, Gas Power Co., Ltd., Korea Pol Co., Ltd., and Korea Azbil Co., Ltd.
Selected Various incentive programs are provided to excellent partners, including: 100% cash payment of transaction amount along with reward expenses, exemption from various types of guarantee insurance and downward adjustment of delay compensation, promotion of joint social contribution activities, support for employee condolence money and snacks, and participation as a member of the SK Materials Group’s Shared Growth Council.
In addition, at the event, along with awards for excellent partners, various educational programs were run to enhance the competitiveness of partners, including the Serious Disaster Punishment Act, ESG, and communication methods for the MZ generation, which received a favorable response.

Meanwhile, SK Materials Airplus is making various efforts to secure mutual growth with partners and purchase transparency, such as introducing an industrial safety and health management fee prepayment system, joint donation to industrial accident hospitals, a fuel price linkage system for transportation companies, and a DT-based collusion monitoring system.
