Hoosung temporarily suspends production of etching gas for NAND due to semiconductor slump.

On the 8th, Hoosung announced through a public notice that it would discontinue production of C3H2F6, a semiconductor etching gas. The sales of the discontinued items amounted to approximately 40.8 billion won, which is 6.68% of the company's sales of 610.6 billion won.

The reason for the production halt is the suspension of production plant operations and regular maintenance due to reductions and inventory adjustments by forward semiconductor customers.

Hoosung plans to review resuming production in the future depending on inventory depletion and increased customer demand.
