Coorstech Korea announced on the 8th that it recently received certification as a ‘Great Company to Work For’ from the global corporate culture research institute ‘GPTW’.

GPTW(Great Place To Work) is a global corporate culture research institute that selects the '100 Best Companies to Work For' in cooperation with the American economic magazine 'Fortune'. Based on the international standard model 'Trust Management Index' survey, it evaluates the trust index of five items including trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, as well as the overall corporate culture including management philosophy, vision, and system. Currently, over 30,000 companies and organizations and over 20 million employees in 103 countries around the world including Korea are participating.

CoorsTek has been named a “Great Place to Work (GPTW)” in the U.S. for the second year in a row and in Canada for the first time this year. This is the result of CoorsTek actively supporting its employees in achieving their career, life, and financial goals. According to GWP's research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a good employer with a fair corporate culture at GWP-certified companies, and their promotion opportunities are twice as high as at other companies.
