'Guardione PDX', AI·Data-based digital predictive maintenance solution
OnePredict (CEO Byung-dong Yoon), a startup that provides industrial AI-based facility predictive diagnostic solutions, recently showcased its digital predictive maintenance solution at the 'SFAW 2024' event, and showed off its AI and data-based software-defined manufacturing and smart plant construction technologies.
OnePredict announced that it successfully exhibited its 'Guardione' product line, a digital predictive maintenance solution, at the Smart Factory & Automation Industry Exhibition held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul from March 27 to 29.
In particular, the event unveiled 'Guardione PDX', a digital industrial asset management platform scheduled for launch in the future.
A new process equipment integration management platform, GuardiOne PDX, supports the implementation of software defined manufacturing (SDM) and smooth construction of smart plants based on AI and data.
PDX is easy to extend and integrate, allowing for a customized implementation to fit your system.
Additionally, it helps users easily access insights by leveraging large-scale language models (LLMs).
Shin Jae-kyung, PO (Product Owner) who oversees the development of One Predict Guardione PDX, personally explains the concept and development process of PDX in detail.He explained and presented it to industry insiders.
In addition to the Guardione PDX, OnePredict is also actively expanding sales channels for existing Guardione solutions such as the Guardione Motor, Guardione Substation, and Guardione Turbo.
We have established a branch in Texas, USA and are currently discussing building a distribution network with local companies in the US. We plan to use this as a cornerstone to expand the Gardione product line into the global market.
Meanwhile, OnePredict was recently selected as one of Forbes Korea's 'Korea AI 50' startups leading the use of domestic AI technology.
