Seminar Hub provides a venue to share all trends in the future mobility industry led by autonomous driving, electrification, and connectivity.
Seminar Hub announced on the 19th that it will hold a seminar on '2024 Advanced Mobility Industry Trends and Core Technologies' in Yeouido on July 9th and 10th with the support of Vector Korea, Autobein, and ICN.
According to global market research firm Precedence Research, the global autonomous vehicle market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 35% from $158.3 billion in 2023 to approximately $2.3539 trillion (KRW 3,128 trillion) in 2032.
This growth trend goes beyond the simple expansion of the automobile industry and signifies changes across the board in future mobility, with autonomous driving, electrification, connectivity, and artificial intelligence establishing themselves as key trends leading the future mobility industry.
In the midst of this industrial change, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is actively working to establish a support system for mobility innovation.
On February 16th, Mobility RevolutionThe new committee was launched and the first meeting was held. At this meeting, eight regulatory sandbox demonstration cases were deliberated and decided, and this movement is expected to further accelerate the pace of innovation in the mobility industry.
On the first day, presentations will be given on the following topics: △Future mobility system and policy (Korea Transportation Safety Authority), △Global mobility industry trends and outlook (EY Han Young), △AI-based mobility technology trends (Korea Electronics Technology Institute), △Future urban air traffic (UAM) industry trends and outlook (Korea Aerospace Industries), △Technology development trends for commercialization of level 4 autonomous driving (Autonomous A2G), △SDV technology evolution and innovation (Popcorn Corporation), △Development of vehicle services responding to future cars and global OEM SDV development trends (ObiGo), and △Current status and issues of autonomous robot technology (Korea Robot Convergence Institute).
On the second day, presentations will be given on the following: △Semiconductor technology opening the era of autonomous driving (Infineon Technologies), △Autonomous driving (ADAS) vehicle recognition technology and image processing technology trends (Nextchip), △Technology for the future, 4D imaging radar (Bitsensing), △Secondary battery industry trends and next-generation secondary battery R&D trends (Korea Institute of Science and Technology), △Current status and issues of C-ITS and V2X communication technology (Etiforce), △Autonomous vehicle cybersecurity technology and SW update technology trends (Vector Korea), △Current status and prediction of autonomous driving simulation technology development (Morai), and △Deep learning-based recognition technology for implementing autonomous driving technology.
A representative of Seminar Hub said, “The growth of the future mobility market is accelerating, and the advancement of autonomous driving technology is attracting the attention of consumers by greatly improving safety and convenience,” adding, “We hope that this seminar will help to more clearly understand the latest autonomous driving technology and trends in the future mobility industry.”
Paid pre-registration for this seminar is available until May 24th. For more information about the event, please visit the Seminar Hub website or contact us by phone.
