자동차 산업계의 인력 양성 컨트롤타워인 자동차산업 인적자원개발위원회(이하 자동차 ISC)가 현장수요 중심의 미래차 전문인력 양성을 위해 앞장선다.

Hanjayeon, 'Automobile Industry Human Resource Development Committee 2024 1st Steering Committee' held
Expecting a supply of manpower centered on field demand through a systematic future car manpower training foundation The Automobile Industry Human Resources Development Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Automobile ISC), the control tower for human resource development in the automobile industry, is taking the lead in fostering future automobile experts centered on on-site demand.
The Korea Automobile Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as Hanjayeon), the representative organization of the automobile ISC, held the '2024 1st Steering Committee' at the InterContinental Seoul COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 29th.
The Automobile ISC was launched to establish a support system for identifying workforce changes, providing job training for current employees, and maintaining employment in the automobile parts, maintenance, and inspection fields in order to foster future automobile professionals.
The '2024 1st Steering Committee' began with a welcoming speech by Chairman Na Seung-sik, President of Hanjayeon, and reported on the 2023 business performance and 2024 business plan to the Steering Committee. It was also prepared as a place to form a consensus to discuss support measures for areas in which human resource development is urgently needed in industrial sites.
This steering committee was held with three agenda items: △ Report on changes to the automotive ISC steering committee members in accordance with the operating rules of the industry-specific human resource development committee, △ Contents of the 2024 automotive ISC confirmed business plan, and △ Report on the results of the 1st advisory committee meeting in 2024.
this time With the committee as an opportunity, the Automobile ISC is expected to promote projects related to SW human resource development and foreign worker introduction, which are issues in the domestic automobile industry, to respond immediately to the demands arising in the industry, and to play an effective role in systematic human resource development and industrial stabilization.
Na Seung-sik, chairman of the Automobile ISC, said, “It is most important to provide continuous and effective support for the human resource development, maintenance, and transformation that our companies are facing,” and added, “We will continue to faithfully establish human resource development policies that provide practical help to companies by specifying the capabilities required for job performance based on the results of the automobile industry human resource demand.”
