Keysight performs seven measurement tasks
New Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes
Infinium EXR-series launched Keysight Technologies announced on the 23rd that it has launched the 'Infiniium EXR-Series' mixed signal oscilloscope. The new product provides 4/8 analog channels and up to 2.5 GHz bandwidth, and combines 7 instruments into one based on advanced ASIC hardware.
The Infinium EXR-Series, which follows the 'Infinium-MXR Series' launched last May, combines multiple measuring instruments into a single platform to increase engineering productivity and ease of use. Both series offer advanced software applications and features that simplify debugging, power measurements, and remote collaboration.

The Infiniium EXR/MXR series features advanced ASICs supporting seven built-in applications: △Oscilloscope, △Digital Voltmeter, △Waveform Generator, △Bode Plotter, △Counter, △Protocol Analyzer, and △Logic Analyzer.
Both series automate complex tasks such as power supply characterization and measurement, and can handle basic and advanced measurements, switching loss analysis, R
DS(ON) , control loop response, efficiency, transient response, inrush current, current harmonics, and in-cycle power transistor loss.
Additionally, the 'Fault Hunter' function is provided as standard, which automatically analyzes a normal signal for 30 seconds and initiates an advanced trigger to find signal faults that occur randomly.
The Infiniium EXR-Series features a 15.6-inch high-resolution touchscreen that can be duplicated or extended to other screens, and a one-button auto-run feature that accelerates design and troubleshooting tasks by finding physical layer signal anomalies, increasing efficiency and expertise. Users can also analyze data from anywhere with advanced Infiniium offline software.
Keysight warrants new products for three years and includes KeysightCare technical support as standard. EXR users exploring new test techniques and probing methods can get the information they need from Keysight's technical resources and expert support team.
