Mouser Electronics, the industry-leading New Product Introduction (NPI) distributor with the widest selection of semiconductors and electronic components, today announced that it is now stocking Qorvo’s QPG6105 smart home communications controller.
This multi-standard (multi-stack and multi-channel listening) system-on-chip (SoC) controller features a single 2.4 GHz ISM band radio and superior RF performance to support bridging between all major low-power standard communications protocols, including Zigbee®, Thread, Matter™, Bluetooth® Low Energy (Bluetooth LE), and Bluetooth Mesh.
Additionally, Qobo’s QPG6105 features integrated wireless and microcontroller (MCU) as well as power management and security functions, making it suitable for powering a wide range of Internet of Things (IoT) and smart home applications.
The QPG6105 smart home communications controller, available from Mouser Electronics, is designed using Qorvo’s hardware-based ConcurrentConnect™ technology.

Qobo's QPG6105 supports multichannel capabilities with up to three personal area networks (PANs) operating on different channels, providing enhanced interoperability with leading low-power standards.
The QPG6105 SoC radio provides a robust 2.4GHz ISM band RF technology solution for worldwide use, integrating an integrated balun to enable more efficient transmission and reception of signals, antenna diversity to increase effective coverage, and RF filters.
Along with these wireless capabilities, the QPG6105 is powered by an integrated Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor with clock speeds of up to 64 MHz and DSP capabilities.
This integrated microcontroller features an 8-channel DMA engine, 128 Kb of low-leakage RAM, 1 MB of flash program memory, and a patch ROM for flash offload, allowing for a smaller overall flash memory footprint.
It also includes enhanced on-chip security features such as secure boot, secure OTA software upgrades, and secure ID, and provides power management features such as integrated regulators and retention of data and state in all standby modes.
The QPG6105 is available now from Mouser Electronics in a RoHS-compliant 4 mm x 4 mm QFN32 package. The device supports direct interfacing to a printed antenna and requires no RF shielding. The QPG6105 SoC and its software are Zigbee and Bluetooth LE certified, with Matter v1.0 certification in progress. Key applications include connected lighting (which provides an optimized BOM to reduce design components and PCBs), as well as sensors, smart plugs, thermostats, and wearables. The controller is also supported by a turnkey IoT development kit (QPG6105DK), available from Mouser, that enables rapid development of connected lighting and other smart home devices.
