The STM32N6 is the most powerful member of ST’s STM32 family, optimized for running edge-intensive AI algorithms in applications such as automotive, smart industry, robotics, drones, healthcare, smart buildings, smart homes, smart agriculture, and personal electronics.
The STM32N6 MCUs, available through Mouser, feature the Neural-ART Accelerator™, designed specifically for embedded inference, delivering 600x higher machine learning performance than existing high-end STM32 MCUs.
Operating at a clock speed of 1GHz, the accelerator delivers an average performance of 3TOPS (tera-operations per second) while maintaining energy efficiency, enabling machine learning applications requiring accelerated microprocessors to run on today's MCUs. />
The STM32N6’s machine-learning performance is enhanced by its Cortex-M55 MCU running at 800MHz, 4.2MB embedded RAM, NeoChrom GPU, and H.264 hardware encoder with Helium™ M-Profile Vector Extension (VE) to enable computer vision, audio processing, and sound analytics at the edge.

The STM32N6 is supported by the STM32N6570-DK Discovery Kit, which provides users with all the hardware features they need as a complete demonstration and development platform for the STM32N6.
It includes a USB Type-C port, octo-SPI flash memory, hexadeca-SPI PSRAM devices, Ethernet connectivity, a camera module, a 5-inch LCD touchscreen, and four expansion connectors for easy expansion with wireless connectivity, analog applications, and sensors.
