Hanwha Systems (CEO Sung-cheol Eo) conducted regular executive personnel changes on the 24th.

Hanwha Systems announced a list of eight new executives promoted in its regular executive personnel changes on this day. Along with these personnel changes, Hanwha Systems is introducing a new ‘position-centered executive system’ based on the value of job and role that many global companies have recently adopted.

This is a personnel system that abolishes the seniority-based executive titles such as managing director, executive director, and vice president, and determines the promotion and transfer of executives and changes the level of compensation based on the value and suitability of the position.

The titles of executives will also be changed from the existing titles such as managing director and executive director to titles such as manager, director, and headquarters manager.
