Its main business includes aircraft parts processing and production, airframe assembly, tool design and production, and various jigs production and installation. Based on its management will to improve productivity and achieve employee welfare, it has grown into a strong and competitive company even in times of crisis.
We are also establishing ourselves as a company that listens to the opinions of our customers and partners and strives to meet everyone's needs.
/> KP Aerospace Industries handles all areas from design, processing, assembly, and delivery of aircraft parts and tools, and operates a real-time production information management system that integrates ICT, making it competitive.
In addition, we operate high-speed precision processing equipment that can be changed to automatic palletizing, as well as precision processing equipment for large aircraft parts, defense parts, and satellite parts, and we have the technology to produce large molds (over 20 m) with a tolerance of within 0.1 mm.
In addition, productivity has been improved by 30% through the FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) LINE, and the company operates the longest CMM inspection equipment and quality management system in the country.
As for aviation products, we produce and supply approximately 3,000 types of parts, including Boeing's B737, B747, B767, B777, and B787 series, Airbus' A320 and A350 series, KAI's T-50, KT-1, KUH, and KAL's EMB/UAV.
In the defense sector, we are producing a large number of Korean launch vehicle parts and tools, and guided weapon forming tools.
If the government's recent aviation industry development policies are implemented smoothly, it is expected that the Korean aviation industry will not only enter the Global 7 in the 2030s, but also grow into a new major industry.

Based on this outlook, KP Aerospace Industries has accumulated exclusive technologies through automation-applied equipment configuration, large assembly production technology, and many years of production/assembly of molds and parts related to satellite launch vehicles and large guided weapons.
Even in the midst of the COVID-19 situation, we are expanding direct transactions with overseas customers and aiming to expand our business in 2021.In the quarter, a contract worth 30 billion won was concluded with an overseas client for 5 years.
A KP Aerospace Industry official said, “The aircraft manufacturing industry is characterized by small-quantity, high-variety production, and it is difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain all design certifications and manufacturing process certifications. However, KP Aerospace Industry is investing large amounts of capital and manpower to take charge of the system and overall assembly, and is focusing on some processes such as parts processing, small assembly, and post-processing.” He added, “We ask for your continued interest and support for KP Aerospace Industry for the development of the Korean aviation industry.”
