Tektronix Korea, a leader in precision measurement solutions, showcased precision measurement technologies for the electric vehicle, ESS battery, and eco-friendly energy markets, and demonstrated its ability to provide technical support for the advancement of Korean battery technology.
Tektronix announced that it successfully concluded the exhibition at 'InterBattery 2025' held at COEX from March 5th to 7th.
InterBattery is Korea's largest secondary battery industry exhibition, and Korea Tektronix continues to showcase customized battery solutions at this event and strengthens cooperation with Korean battery manufacturers and research institutes.
Tektronix combines high-precision measurement technology and automation solutions to provide comprehensive solutions that evaluate durability and performance and ensure quality during battery production.
In January 2024, Tektronix acquired EA Elektro-Automatik (EA), a global leader in the battery and high-power DC test markets, strengthening its portfolio by providing additional high-efficiency regenerative power supply and electronic load solutions.
This provides an optimized testing environment throughout the entire life cycle of batteries, including development, production, and recycling.
From development (R&D) to production (Production) to ensure battery efficiency, stability, and reliability A comprehensive testing solution is essential.
Tektronix provides essential measurement equipment and software at the battery cell, module, and pack levels to help customers solve technical challenges in the electric vehicle and ESS battery markets.
This exhibition booth featured a variety of products and solutions, including: △high-precision voltage and current measuring equipment, △battery short-circuit check and welding quality evaluation solutions, △battery charge and discharge testing and aging evaluation solutions, △battery internal impedance and insulation resistance measurement solutions, and △high-voltage DC test solutions.
Tektronix solutions help battery manufacturers comply with the EU Digital Product Passport (DDP) policy, which comes into effect in 2027.
Tektronix's measurement expertise that meets global standards, combined with EA's high-voltage solutions, supports the development of solutions for the electric vehicle, ESS battery and green energy markets that ensure safety, sustainability and traceability.
“The future of energy demand depends on technologies that harmonize peak performance and environmental management. With the integration of EA, Tektronix will not only keep up with industry trends, but will also help meet new regulations for efficiency and reliability,” said a Tektronix representative.
Tektronix is the official Korean branch of the global measuring instrument brand Tektronix, and its product line includes a diverse portfolio in the DC field, including oscilloscopes, Keithley, and EA Elektro-Automatik. Through this, it is developing enhanced customized solutions in cooperation with major Korean automotive battery manufacturers.
