목표 및 제작 동기
Medical humidifiers produced by our company have recently experienced significant defects at hospitals, and the issue is escalating. The root causes are Chamber leakage used in the humidifier, sensor disconnection in patient respiratory Circuit, and assembly defects. We aim to detect these defects through pressure inspection and camera image inspection applying Edge AI. [Expected Outcomes] The inspection jig is expected to take the form of a mechanical mechanism with an STM32H563ZIT6 main PCB equipped with a camera and LCD, and servo motors and stepper motors for connecting and disconnecting the Chamber and Circuit. Additionally, it will be composed of power lines and external network communication cables.

1. MCU는 STM32H563ZIT6 (Cortex-M33, 250MHz) 사용 2. 내장된 Ethernet MAC과 외부 PHY 칩을 사용하여 네트워크 통신으로 관리자 PC 프로그램에 검사 상태를 전송하여 관리할 수 있도록 함 3. DCMI (Digital Camera Interface) 사용으로 카메라 영상을 획득하여 Edge AI 프레임워크 TensorFlow Lite를 활용한 영상처리 수행 4. Chamber의 압력을 검사하는 압력 센서 적용으로 압력 측정 값을 Edge AI 프레임워크 TensorFlow Lite 학습을 통한 불량 유무 판단 모델 생성 [하드웨어] OV7670, OV2640, MIPI CSI 카메라
