Google Cloud announced on the 16th that it has launched Google Agentspace and NotebookLM Plus for corporate customers.

These solutions leverage the advanced inference capabilities of Google Gemini and the quality of Google Search to enable enterprises to leverage their expertise anywhere across their data.

Google AgentSpace is designed to increase employee productivity by handling planning, research, content creation, and execution with a single prompt.

Notebook LM Plus is a personalized AI research assistant that uses AI based on the information provided to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Google AgentSpace simplifies the complex Q&A process that enterprise workers typically use between four and six tools to find all their information in one place.

Built on Google's powerful search capabilities, the system provides conversational assistance, answers to complex questions, and proactive suggestions and actions. With the built-in translation function, you can easily check documents in various languages.

Google AgentSpace provides a foundation for building custom AI agents and supports employees through an intuitive interface.

Business analysts can create presentations based on AI-generated insights, and software engineers can efficiently resolve bugs.

Marketers can achieve better results through performance analysis and content recommendation optimization.

Google Cloud puts security first and provides IT control features such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), VPC Service Controls, Identity and Access Control Management (IAM) integration, and Customer Managed Encryption Keys (CMEK).

The Notebook LM Plus enables new ways to leverage data, including uploading and synthesizing diverse information to uncover insights and create audio summaries, like podcasts.

It also allows you to set your own personalized response style and tone, provides cross-team notebook sharing and usage analytics, and provides additional security and information protection features.

Google Cloud places security as its top priority and supports enterprise customers to safely utilize data through NotebookLM Plus. Starting in the first half of 2025, the Notebook LM Plus will also be available with Google One AI Premium.

When using NotebookLM Plus with Gemini for Workspace, your uploads, queries, and model responses are not used to train the model and are not reviewed by humans.

Customer data remains customer-specific, and uploaded files, queries, and responses are not shared outside your organization's trusted boundaries.

Users can only upload sources to which they have access in their workspace.

You can also control who can access NotebookLM, set more granular permissions within each notebook, and ensure that notebooks can only be shared within your organization.
