SAP 코리아(대표이사 신은영)와 삼정KPMG(회장 김교태)가 공공·금융 부문의 SAP S/4HANA 클라우드 전환 및 신규 구축 사업을 위해 협력한다.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Deployment Project, Technical and Sales Support
SAP Korea (CEO Shin Eun-young) and Samjeong KPMG (Chairman Kim Kyo-tae) have joined hands to transition to the cloud in the public and financial sectors.
SAP announced on the 17th that it will collaborate with Samjung KPMG for SAP S/4HANA cloud conversion and new construction projects in the public and financial sectors.
The signing ceremony held in conjunction with the SAP Public Summit event was attended by SAP Korea CEO Shin Eun-young, Samjung KPMG Consulting Division CEO Park Sang-won, and other relevant officials who discussed future cooperation plans.
Through this partnership, SAP will provide technical and sales support for Samjeong KPMG’s SAP S/4HANA cloud implementation project in the public and financial sectors.
In particular, the policy is to share information and resources for obtaining and maintaining domestic certifications necessary for business promotion, while also cooperating on business opportunities outside the public and financial sectors.
The domestic public and financial sectors are slow to adopt cloud ERP compared to private sectors such as manufacturing and service industries, where cloud ERP adoption is active, as government cloud-related security certification is essential. This partnership is expected to create synergy based on the regulatory compliance and construction execution know-how of both companies based on many years of government policy review.
SAP Korea is providing a specialized ERP implementation model that responds to the public sector’s cloud regulations. This model is not a hyperscaler-based SAP standard cloud ERP model, but is provided in two forms: △CSAP (Cloud Service Security Certification) certified domestic CSP-based subscription model and △on-premise-based implementation model. Through this, domestic public customers who want to introduce SAP S/4HANA Cloud can choose according to their corporate situation.
Shin Eun-young, CEO of SAP Korea, said, “This collaboration with Samjong KPMG is very significant in that it provides an opportunity to accelerate the transition to the cloud in the public and financial industries.” She continued, “In particular, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, which is provided in two models for the public and financial sectors, is expected to accelerate adoption as it can be selected according to the needs of domestic public and financial sector customers. Based on the expertise and know-how of both companies, we will support the cloud transition of various domestic companies, as well as those in the public and financial sectors, and strive to secure global competitiveness.”
