AI Hub Open, Reference Design and Infrastructure Strategy Guide
Vertiv, a company specializing in core digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, is expected to share its expertise in data centers for artificial intelligence (AI) to help establish strategies for building related infrastructure.
Vertiv announced on the 4th that it is opening the Vertiv AI Hub.
The Vertiv AI Hub offers a portfolio of white papers, research reports, tools, upgrades, and power and cooling for new development applications.
A new reference design library presents a scalable liquid cooling and power infrastructure supporting current and future chip sets from 10 to 140 kW per rack.
Reflecting the rapid and continuous evolution of the AI technology stack and supporting infrastructure, the Vertiv AI Hub is a dynamic site that is frequently updated with new content, including an AI infrastructure certification program for Vertiv partners.
“Vertiv has a history of sharing innovative technologies and insights with the data center industry,” said Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi, CEO of Vertiv. “We are committed to providing our customers with the deep knowledge, broadest portfolio, and expert guidance to be the first to deploy energy-efficient AI power and cooling infrastructure today and in the future. “Vertiv is uniquely positioned to support our customers and partners on their AI journey through close partnerships with leading chip manufacturers and innovative data center operators,” he said.
“AI is here to stay and will continue to evolve, and Vertiv is ready to help customers navigate the challenges of realising their AI ambitions,” said Alvin Cheang, director of Vertiv’s high-density computing business and AI division in Asia. “The new AI hub will be a great resource for all of our partners and customers in the region to gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges of AI and how Vertiv can help them scale and embrace their AI journey.”
“Almost every industry is exploring the business value opportunities that AI can create, but there are more questions than answers about how to build the infrastructure,” said Sean Graham, research director for IDC’s Data Center Practice. “For enterprises looking for a single source of information and a way to develop their AI strategy, a recognized infrastructure solutions company like Vertiv is invaluable.”
