Goal of activating digital silver care services based on AI and new technologies
Increasing demand for care services based on the latest technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud BituN and Bitsensing have established a foundation for predicting the possibility of geriatric diseases through a business agreement aimed at activating digital silver care services based on AI and new technologies.
AI and big data specialist company BituN announced on the 13th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with imaging radar solution company Bitsensing on the 10th to activate AI digital silver care services.
By linking the sleep quality analysis, depression, and dementia analysis information of Bitsensing with BituN's 'Always Silver Care' platform, it has contributed to increasing the reliability of prediction data on sudden death, falls, and myocardial infarction during sleep, while also establishing a foundation for predicting the possibility of developing geriatric diseases such as depression, dementia, and Parkinson's disease.
Bituen, an AI and big data technology company, recently launched the 'Always Silver Care' platform to analyze and predict the risks of elderly patients and support prevention. It also researched and developed its own wearable device, 'Always Band', which collects eight types of information, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory rate.
The various data collected are analyzed for the risk of elderly patients through AI algorithms during sleep. It provides predictive information to prevent accidents such as sudden death, myocardial infarction, and falls, and also prevents unexpected accidents through 24-hour real-time monitoring.
Bitsensing is a company active in the smart wellness field utilizing radar solutions. It improves sleep quality and recommends life patterns and various lifestyles through analysis of personal sleep data.
In particular, Bitsensing received a lot of attention as the world's first attempt to provide symptom similarity through radar detection.
The two companies also agreed to establish a cooperative system to activate multifaceted health care services for the elderly population.
In line with the stable operation of the digital silver care business and technological advancements, efforts will be made to expand the scope of business application, and each organization will actively invest its own resources, such as equipment, technology, sales, and development, to accelerate the acquisition of new customers.
Ma Hye-seon, head of BituN’s Always Silver Service Group, emphasized, “As various social problems due to the aging population arise, the demand for care services based on the latest technologies such as AI, IoT, cloud, and big data is increasing.” She added, “Starting with our collaboration with Bitsensing, we will continue to expand the devices necessary for ‘Always Silver Care’ to lead the silver industry and provide more advanced care services.”
Lee Seong-jin, CEO of Bitsensing, said, “It is meaningful to have this opportunity to carry out and develop the digital silver care business together with Bitn,” and added, “We will make multi-faceted efforts to build stable services and promote friendship.”
