Toshiba's TCKE9 series 23V, 4A eFuse ICs, available at Mouser, are electronic fuses that protect power supply lines from external overcurrent and overvoltage. In addition to slew rate control, UVLO, and FLAG outputs, the TCKE9 series features adjustable current limiting and fixed voltage clamping. eFuses provide repeatable protection and excellent accuracy, which is difficult to achieve with standard physical fuses.

Toshiba's UMOS9-H silicon N-channel MOSFETs are ideal solutions for high-efficiency DC-DC converters, switching voltage regulators and motor drivers. Based on the next-generation U-MOS9-H trench process, these MOSFETs deliver excellent efficiency at all loads. These devices support a drain-source voltage of 80 V, a gate-source voltage of ±20 V and a channel temperature of 175°C. The UMOS9-H MOSFET is available in a DPAK package option that provides low on-resistance (RDS(ON)) and low output charge (QOSS) to improve the efficiency of switching-mode power supplies (SMPS) used in base stations, servers, or industrial equipment.

Toshiba's 40V and 50V fully integrated stepper motor drivers feature a small form factor, low on-resistance, precise microstepping, and advanced motor drive capabilities, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications such as actuators and CNC machines. These devices enable motors to be driven by a single VM power supply with built-in regulator for IC operation.

The high-speed isolated optocouplers TLP2362B, TLP2368B, TLP2762B, and TLP2768B support and handle slow inputs that add unwanted chattering noise. These devices simplify designs by eliminating essential external components, such as Schmitt triggers, that are traditionally used to reduce chattering noise. Additionally, these optocouplers feature an internally integrated Faraday shield that ensures ±50 kV/μs common-mode transient immunity, making them ideal for programmable logic controllers (PLCs), factory automation, and test and measurement equipment.
