Molex's MX150 pass-through sealed connectors are rugged, reliable automotive connectors that provide oil-resistant connections in sealed wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations of oil-cooled motors and associated resolvers, transformers, and negative temperature coefficient (NTC) temperature sensors.

This connector has a smaller package size than existing USCAR connectors, making design assembly easier and safer. The maximum voltage is 14VDC and the maximum current is 12A.

The MX150 pass-through connector is based on a 12-circuit, 2-row, stacked 2x3 connector design and is ideal for temperature sensor assemblies and rotary transformer assemblies.

This stacked design enables efficient operations with greater sourcing flexibility and lower supply chain risk.

The 1.50mm terminal system ensures fast and accurate fastening, and provides stable performance even in environments exposed to extreme temperatures, various vibrations, moisture, and chemicals.

This connector has an IP6K9K and GMW3191-S3 sealing rating and GMW3191-V5 vibration rating and offers superior sealing performance with a unique two-ring seal option. The anti-oil seal in particular is ideal for oil-cooled motor applications.
