Introducing a variety of form factors, including three new AIOs and four desktops

Dell has unveiled a number of corporate PC products that support the 'workforce transformation' of businesses and users with a focus on productivity and security.

Dell's announcement this time includes the OptiPlex All-in-One (AIO) and desktops that are celebrating their 25th anniversary as a representative business desktop, the smaller and lighter powerful Precision mobile workstations, and the Latitude notebooks with improved battery life in an excellent design. Based on Intel's latest CPUs, these 13 new products are suitable for various workloads and requirements of businesses and professionals as well as next-generation technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR).

First up, the three new OptiPlex AIOs, which pack powerful solutions into an elegant design, deliver high performance for general-purpose applications with up to 8th Gen Intel Core vPro processors, 32GB DDR4 memory, and optional Intel Optane memory. It supports video work collaboration with a pop-up webcam, and offers Windows Hello login and video calls with a Full HD or infrared camera.

Among them, the 'Optiplex 7760 AIO' is a product equipped with a 27-inch display with Dell's unique ultra-thin bezel technology, 'InfinityEdge', and you can choose between anti-glare 4K UHD with HDR (High Dynamic Range) and wide color gamut sRGB, or Full HD IPS with a touch display. It can accommodate next-generation discrete graphics cards, and is equipped with four microphones and Dell's audio technology Waves Maxx to provide clear sound quality within a maximum distance of 3.6 meters. The 'Optiplex 7460 AIO' is equipped with a 23.8-inch InfinityEdge display.

It optimizes screen space with a bezel-less edge-to-edge full HD IPS display and a variety of port options while reducing the overall surface area. The 'Optiplex 5260 AIO' has a 21.5-inch display and offers an optional 10-point multi-touch display capable of recognizing 10 fingers simultaneously.

Dell unveiled four OptiPlex desktops alongside its new AIOs, which come in a variety of form factors including tower, SFF (small form factor), and micro. They feature the latest 8th generation Intel Core processors and up to 64GB of DDR4 memory. All of them have acquired the MIL-STD 810G rating, the official shock test of the U.S. Department of Defense, and boast excellent durability and reliability with MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) certification. In addition, they are practically designed for more stable and long-term use in the workplace by supplying dust filters and the industry's only cable cover. Among them, the 'Optiplex XE3', which is available in tower and SFF types, is an industrial desktop with enterprise-level performance. It has reliability and durability that meet the requirements of medical, retail, and manufacturing, and is capable of OEM production.

The Optiplex XE3 is shock and vibration resistant and can operate in environments from 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. An optional dust filter is also available for extreme work environments. The 'Optiplex 7060' and 'Optiplex 5060' are available in tower, SFF, and micro types, and offer various SSD and hard drive options and next-generation AMD or NVIDIA dual graphics. The 'Optiplex 3060' is available in tower, SFF, and micro types, and offers up to 32GB DDR4 memory and various mount options.

Dell's 'Precision' is a product that leads the workstation market with a combination of innovative design and performance, and five of the seven movies that recently won the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects used Precision workstations. Dell is introducing three new mobile workstations that combine precision performance and mobility in a thinner, lighter, smaller form factor that even supports VR.

The Dell Precision 7730 and 7530 mobile workstations support the latest 8th generation Intel Core and Xeon processors, AMD Radeon WX and NVIDIA Quadro professional graphics cards, 3200MHz SuperSpeed memory and up to 128GB of storage. They are approximately 15% smaller than the previous generation but offer improved processor and graphics performance to handle complex creative workloads. The Precision 7530 is the industry’s first “VR Ready” 15-inch mobile workstation and is optimized for professionals creating VR content. The Precision 7730 includes next-generation technologies like AI and ML, and the Precision 7530 offers the largest PCIe SSD storage capacity (up to 6TB) of any 15-inch mobile workstation.

The world's smallest and thinnest 15-inch mobile workstation, the Dell Precision 5530 features an InfinityEdge 4K Ultra HD display and a new IGZO 4 display option for improved contrast, touch, and picture quality. The Precision 5530 is a thin and light mobile workstation weighing only 1.7kg and can be equipped with up to the NVIDIA Quadro P2000 for outstanding graphics performance. It provides up to 32GB of 2666MHz memory speed and up to 4TB of SSD storage. Meanwhile, the fully customizable 15-inch Precision 3530 delivers workstation performance at an economical price comparable to that of a general PC. It supports the latest 8th generation Intel Core and next-generation Xeon processors, memory speeds up to 2666MHz, and supports the NVIDIA Quadro P600 professional graphics card. With a 92WHr battery and a variety of port options including HDMI 2.0, Thunderbolt, and VGA, users can stay mobile and productive.

Dell's new Latitude 5491 and Latitude 5591 business notebooks incorporate the latest technology while reducing the surface area by 30% over the last three generations. They are equipped with numerous USB ports, VGA, HDMI, and RJ-45 ports, making them a viable alternative to desktops. They provide the performance, mobility, and connectivity that mobile users require, with up to 19 hours of battery life. They feature up to six-core (hexa-core) Intel 8th generation Core (i5 or i7) vPro processors (H-series), up to 32GB of 2666MHz memory speed, and optional support for NVIDIA graphics cards and Thunderbolt 3. Storage options range from hard drives to PCIe solid-state storage (SSS).

The newly launched Latitude notebook contains recycled carbon fiber as part of Dell's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) 'Leave of Good Program'. Dell, which has been using eco-friendly materials in its products and packaging for more than 10 years, has used more than 22,000 tons of recycled materials in new products since 2012 and plans to use about 45,000 tons of recycled materials by 2020.
