Applied, large-scale hiring of new engineers and interns

Applied Materials Korea (CEO Kwang-sun Park), a global leader in materials engineering solutions, is contributing to the development of the domestic semiconductor industry by hiring new employees.

Applied Materials announced on the 7th that it is recruiting new hardware engineers, new process engineers, and interns. Applications will be accepted through the Applied Materials website until November 20th.

Applied has been realizing the potential of our customers’ technological innovations for over 55 years, with the vision of creating a better future through innovation. Applied’s advanced semiconductor and display technologies are the foundation of technology megatrends such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Hardware engineers are responsible for the overall operation of cutting-edge semiconductor and display systems, including installation and performance improvement. Bachelor's degree holders (including those expected to graduate) are welcome to apply. Process engineers develop manufacturing processes with customers to accelerate new semiconductor technology innovations. Master's degree holders (including those expected to graduate) are welcome to apply.

Applied Materials is also recruiting process engineer experiential interns for young people who wish to pursue a career in the semiconductor industry. The internship is open to undergraduate students (expected to graduate in August 2024 and February 2025) who will be able to experience the job of an applied process engineer for one month starting in January 2024.
